A concept piece that will be going into my Crimson Dames pitch book that I'm prepping for the Small Press Expo.
This one featuring two random female werewolves serving the forces of "The Fang".
The Fang, is the personal army of the eldest daughter of the Gerewulf vampire family. They hold a great amount of power in the northern regions of the Forest Evermore though have little presence to the south in the Forest Eidolon. The Vampire Alcinus disobeyed her father's commands and broke away to perform a personal errand. She sent The Fang to dominate the region and prepare it for her arrival.
A series of setbacks, however left their forces in a delayed state when several of their warlords were defeated in various encounters. With their line of command fractured new factions are rising up withing their ranks waiting to seize power from their general White Wolf.
As their top ranking lords fall the females of the clans have begun gathering more power to themselves as they raise up the next generations to be loyal to their impending rule.

So what are/were your reasons for making the werewolves the servants/personal army of the vampires? I ask because I've seen this trope everywhere, especially on here.
