Phew this one took a couple of days to complete, having to split my time between commission work didn't help much. The abdomen musculature especially took a long while to get just right. Time spent getting it right now though will most certainly speed up production down the line. Now that I'll have a clear reference to follow. 

At this scale even a highly trained soldier would have a very difficult time dealing with such a creature even with proper armaments. Needless to say young girl with no training or weapons would have no chance of surviving. That being said though there are beasts in the Eidolon woods that would make short work of even a creature this powerful.

The elongated torso and arms should make the creature more than capable of swapping between two and four legged travel on the  fly.  Though her hands are very paw like she should still be capable of gripping / manipulating complex objects. Well she could if she were in the proper mind set. One of the biggest differences between Babette and Mariette's wolf forms (Besides scale) is that Mariette has full control of her mental faculties.  

I don't want Babette devolving into the cliché berserker type you see a lot in these sorts of media. Her lack of control in the story is a direct result of having inflicted lethal wounds upon herself in human form. It's an aspect that could easily affect Mariette or any number of individuals inflicted by the same curse.  When the human body sustains massive self inflicted wounds it shuts down the human mental faculties to disarm their ability to self injure themselves. 

As to whether this survival effect could trigger a transformation when the individual is completely spent will take careful consideration. The human and wolf forms being very similar to a circadian rhythm a person who attempts to stay in one form or the other for too long will eventually become spent in that form and shift to the opposite for a longer than normal duration. 

This leads many cursed who would abuse their powers to be caught off guard when they later find themselves incapable of transforming. Leaving them very vulnerable to hunters and soldiers. A person resisting will lose control of themselves as their body seeks out nutrients to replenish their mass making them very unpredictable dangers to all other those around them for many hours until their hunger is sated.

With all of their facilities at 100% the Lycanthrope is an especially dangerous creature retaining all of their human knowledge and technical know how. They aren't limited to just their claws and fangs. Their very human mind is at the core of what makes the beast so deadly. Allowing them to circumvent traps, track down specific individuals or steal gear necessary to protect themselves in human form. 

Mariette ends up stealing a selection of goods from the city and uses them to devastating effect when in her human form. Armed with objects of desire she lures away several children to their doom in her attempts to claim vengeance against those who wronged her family. Having only been a werewolf for about a week though lacks the knowledge of the transformation cycle and how it affects each individual mentally.
