For those who think my meager asking price for commissions might be too high here is an example of one of many possibilities that such a vague description might birth. ^_^()

Which Maw scissor heads are an incredibly loathsome species of bipedal reptilians. They are capable of reaching heights of nearly 10 feet tall. While they have similarities to the infamous Torlions they are very much a different animal all together.

Witch Maws are opportunistic feeders and loners often found targeting poorly guarded cradles of isolated frontier homesteads. They can be quite brazen creatures having no fear of attacking in broad daylight. Despite preferring to skulk about stealthily they can and will successfully attack prey many times their size or number if angry enough.

A Witch Maw's bony head comprises well over half of its entire body weight. While their healing factor is about half that of a Torlion's their internal bones are very wide and as hard as bronze, making injuring one let alone killing it an incredibly difficult process. They have an incredible vitality and are capable of surviving wounds were over two thirds of their internal organs had been destroyed.

Despite being reptilian in nature Witch Maw's are no friends of Torlions or any other species for that matter. The force of their bite can puncture even the finest armor as though it were butter. Their piercing undulating howls are usually more than enough to petrify with fear all other life forms in a two mile radius.
