This is a character I'd really like to flesh out more in the future.
The concept is that this was a girl who was transformed by a lich through the manipulation of her families crops. With the aim of making a guardian to protect his most precious secrets.
Unlike a werewolf though she has a rather uniquely involved transformation process.
After her first change the creatures body split open to reveal 3 identical clones of her original self, each one believing they were the original and each hopelessly terrified about whats going on and what they've become.
When the Lich opts to activate their bestial form they all start turning shortly one after another, the first to reach a certain stage of ferocity begins to attack and feast upon her sisters/selves taking their mass into her own until becoming a monster many times larger than the original girl.
Only to repeat the process night after night.
Just what sort of secrets might she guarding?
